Bezons, October 9st 2013 – blueKiwi, the Europe based company reknown for its business social software, announced today the appointment of Laurent Pantanacce as Head of Customer Success reporting to blueKiwi CEO Robert Shaw.
This new role is driven by a real desire to strengthen the relationship between blueKiwi and its customers. With this new organization, customer management, technical support and professional services will now be united in the same team.
Laurent is passionate about technology having been involved in the creation of several start-up companies in the past. He will now bring together a professionalised approach to customer management learning from and utilising the experience gained from the multiple rollouts completed worldwide in firms of all sizes and industries.
